How to Participate

Answer 5 questions & submit

Describe your idea in 300 words max. Keep it clear and concise.

  1. The Problem- What pain point or gap are you solving? Who suffers from it?
  2. The Agent Idea- Describe your AI agent. What does it do, how does it behave?
  3. Who Benefits- Who pays or saves time/money? How large is that audience?
  4. Why Now- Why is this possible or urgent today with AI?
  5. Feasibility & Scope- What does a first working version look like? POC or larger?

You'll also tag your idea as Quick Build or Big Bet— this is for internal sorting only and doesn't affect evaluation.

DSI Ideathon 2026

By submitting an idea to DSi Ideathon, you grant DSi full and sole ownership of the submitted concept from the moment of submission.

DSi reserves the right but not the obligation to develop, commercialize, or shelve the idea entirely. You will have no decision-making authority over the idea unless explicitly invited by DSi to participate in its development.

Revenue Share: If your idea reaches the market and becomes profitable, you will receive 1–5% of net profit (post break-even), capped at a lifetime total of USD 50,000.

Idea Reversion: If DSi does not initiate active development of your idea within 24 months of your submission date, full rights revert to you. During this 24-month window, you may not independently pursue, collaborate on, or be associated with any activity related to the submitted idea.

Committee shortlisting

An evaluation committee reviews all entries and selects the Top 10.

1 week internal review. Results announced company-wide. Ideas anonymized until workshop.

The workshop

The Workshop 1-day intensive. 10 shortlisted participants attend a closed mentorship workshop.

Morning: 15-min 1:1 with a mentor to pressure-test your idea. Afternoon: Group session on Business Model Canvas. Output: refined pitch deck (5-7 slides).

The grand final

All 10 participants pitch live. Scoring is transparent.

7 min pitch + 3 min Q&A. DSi leadership + invited guests. Winners announced on the day.
